Thanking You

A thanks to that father who never
turned on the lights, I think you made
her ready for rest of the fights
You, who never asked for her wish
and here she learner to avoid you like this.

A thanks to that aunt, who told
A girl! Oh no; she can't! You created
rumours but she knew the talent of hers.

Thanks to that greedy boss who
trapped her for self-purpose
you showed the quality of men
now time to pay for your sins.

Thanks to that husband who said,
Your dreams! here it ends
forget about your needs
serve us you are made for this.

You all made us strong
We will prove you wrong
The tears would reply and made you cry
Let the scars brighten, bangles shout,
Let the world know our era, where women
opens the door to get out.
