THE 2020 HOUR

By

The days we face now are unlike we've seen before

The suffering has rocked our Nation to its core

Not much help from outside these four walls

It's the same each day on our screens

As time outside for us now all but stalls

It seems we fell into a hole and can't find our way out

And day after day, we face nothing but doubt

But there are a select few who carry on as before

For they still have free reign of their front door

When did those more priveleged have such God-like power
Only in the here and now, the 2020 hour
