The Angry Word
Don't pay heed to words of rage,
Tune it out, turn that page
Wait until it's gently said,
When hurt and anger have been shed.
So think before those words are spilled,
Are they full of torment filled?
Stop the words that deal a blow,
Crush the anger, curb the flow
Speak of course what's on your mind,
But say it in a way that's kind.
