The Beast

The sadistic serpent roamed the water
The creature slid on the surface, longing to slaughter
He sat and observed the split of dark and light
This reptile loved the spirit of fright
The others were formed, frightened of this beast
He honored the rich and despised the least
He convinced one woman to spoil all mans life
He was the designer of doubt and the architect of strife
But this sick opposer did not know these things
That he would be defeated and receive death from the king of kings.
