The Bee

I was the age of three
Playing outside happily
My arms flowing so carefree
And I ran past a tree
I had angered a bee
More ill-tempered than the presidential nominee
I tried to flee
But it just came back and stung me
The pain was of an intolerable degree
So a man gave me an ice pack for free
Some may think this is a hyperbole
But the true fear of the escapee
Was incredibly scary
