The Best Things in Life

Just once in their lives I wish people could see, that the best things in life are those that are free.

The warmth of the sun from the skies up above, a smile from a stranger, a home filled with love.

Sunrises, sunsets, the moon on the bay, the smell of a breeze on a crisp autumn day.

And at the day's end when we kneel down in prayer, we'll thank God for the beauty that once seemed so rare.
