The Boyfriend

He brought to me twelve roses of the deepest red
So precious and perfect was our first kiss
He promised me his love even at his death bed
As soon as we are apart my heart begins to miss
On 11:11 he is my only wish to come true
Friends whisper only time will tell
I hold onto his every I love you
Does the future hold a wedding bell?
My hand fits perfectly within his fingers
His eyes shine bright like a star
The scent of my perfume lingers
I love the many rides in his car
The end of the night is brought by that midnight chime
This relationship is meant to last until the end of time
