The Cycle

There is one world we all look for
from grassy hills to beaches and shores.
When the lake freezes and the trees dry up
we heat some cocoa and drink in a cup.
With the approach of Winter
Summer shall hinder
And when Spring and Summer roam about
the streams run dry and can lead to drought.
As Summer ends
Fall comes to fend
and the seasonal cycle starts again.
