The Diver

Weightless-floating somewhere between
Falling and soaring breathlessly
Face upturned and arms outspread
To catch fragmented sunlight beams
That dance above,
That permeate the clear and salty world
Through serene and barely rippled glassy surface

Beyond, the sky glows azure blue;
A backdrop lit with sunny golden
Goodness, radiating from the untouched heights
Of heaven,
Sunbeams dancing in the depths
And playing in the swaying seaweed,
Shining in your eyes, reflecting
In your soul.
