The dragon inside of me

The dragon inside me.
A Dragons’s heart is full of pride, a powerful, greed-crazed creature.
The dragon stands proud and fierce with each roar of speech.
This dragon doesn’t spit fire, or ice only the sweet melody of the song.
How come such a frightening beast play such a lovely tune.
Claws turn into dainty hands with bright red nail polish.
The dragon scales slowly fade away, only for a frail girl to take place.
She crumbles at the sight of her calloused hands and smiles slowly.
The presence of her instrument alone brings the shadow of a calm demeanor.
