The Enchantment of Fate

Walking along the shore
A voice calls to me
I search, but no avail
There is nothing I see
A dangerous melody
Soft and sweet
Lures me in towards
The cold, murky water
A figure emerges from the sea
Its eyes bright and blue
Cast a spell on me
Enchanting me into the deep
I follow the silver tail beyond where my feet touch
The being ducks below the waves
Its gaze still interlocked with mine
As I immerse myself I suddenly realize
I was looking into the eyes of fate
The darkness engulfs me as
The creature pulls me farther and farther under
The weight of the ocean
Until I let out my last breath
