The Endless Crossing

For I am the moon
And he is the sun
The who of which I revolve around
By day by night
By sea by land
I circle below
Hoping to reach out and grab his hand
Nevertheless ending among pieces of sand
All around glimpses of him I see
For I know his face like the back of my hand
And his heart like my broken own
What will it take for you to see
I’ll travel forever waiting for thee
