The Fathers’ Love

A thousand times I've said.
A thousand times I say it again.
"I love you, I love you!"
But still, you don't understand.
You are everything to me, but who am I to you?
You're worth more than gold to me, but what am I worth to you?
I think of only you, but what do you think of?
The selfish deeds of man...
And you say, "Who is worth my love to give?"
And I still say, "I love you, And I will as long as I live."
