The Girl Who Admired the Sky

Everyday the young girl came
To see the different skies
From morning blues to rainy tunes
To Cirrus clouds so high!

She saw the dusty dawns and dusk
She saw the cloudy grays
She loved them all so dearly
Even the hot and sunny rays

Then one normal afternoon,
At 3 on the dot,
"I wish I could fly up there
And sit on a cloud spot."

But no matter her attempts
She never had any success
Yet that never stopped her dreaming,
As impossible as it seemed,
It never stopped her dreaming
To fly up in the sky one day
