The Glory Goon

Eerie whispers at dusk
Are the only remnants
Of the Glory Goon.
The whispers say he was once a man,
Who had a wife and son.
But when he went to the Glory Lagoon,
He soon had none.
No one saw him there that day.
They did not know to look in the bay.
His wife and son left the town,
Leaving him in the bay,
Where the Glory Goon lay.
