The Light Will Shine

One day, the light will shine on me
For all to see.
Finally, you will see what has been
Yearning to call out to you.
You will see me for what I am!
A queen in the making.
I may not have the crowns, or the
Palace, to rule.
But, when the light shines on me,
I will conquer!
You can tell me to be silent and
I will be, but not for long.

But, once that light shines on me,
I will utter my loudest dream.
And I will make it come through.
Oh my dear, you will know me.
For everyone will be screaming my name!
Just wait till the lights shine on me.
