The Little Whirlwind

Up like a rocket and into the air
flew the little whirlwind, as
leaves and dust took such a ride
as to change the color of the sky,

The little creatures that crawl on
earth were thrown up and around
as if gravity had reversed. What a
ride did those little guys take, on
what must have been a scary
embrace.

And soon the little whirlwind, tired
of the ride, let everything fall out of
the sky. Then as if nothing had
happened, the critters went on,
moving here, there, everywhere.
