The Loss of a Special Friend

A feeling of confusion and heartache tearing at my
heart and mind,
the feeling of being left so far behind.
A friendship of so many years,
ending up with so many tears.
Leaving behind four kiddos so small,
one who won't ever know her at all.
Family and friends splitting in two,
with nothing else others can do.
Emotions soring like a rollar coaster ride,
so many others just kept inside.
I loved having a friend as wonderful as she,
she was always trying to be all who she can be.
Now that she has gone away,
she can watch over all who had to stay.
And everytime the snow falls to the ground,
she is letting us know Peace will be found.
