The Lovely Stranger
Her cheekbone best of them all;
As she came and stood next to me,
My heart experienced a fall.
Her lips so rosy and soft,
That my eyes froze;
Her smile so hearty that I was totally lost,
And my breath stopped as she came close.
My guitar voiced my feelings,
And the music continued;
This was my first encounter with her,
So lovely a lady who severed my mood.

This Poems Story
I wrote this poem after I saw her in my college. I couldn't talk to her, I just saw her once while we were practising a song in the common room. She came by and sat for about half an hour and went off. I knew I wouldn't see her again. I didn't know her name or anything about her. I just thought of storing her in my words. I am an amateur writer.. But I love poetries..very much . so guide me through and share your views on my work.. thank u
