the mask once worn

A mask I wore upon my face.
A mask of perception I wore for all to see.
A mask smiling constantly to cover up all the hurt embraced.
A mask where tears fell without being seen.
No longer is my mask worn.
Joy and happiness I strongly grasp.
Smiles are permenant now upon my face.
No longer do I hurt.
No need to wear a mask.
No longer covering up any at all.
My happiness is because of you.
Now allowing all to see the real me.
I love you for opening my heart.
My mask now gone.
My mask no longer is worn.
