The Middle of a Good Book
The cycle of life
Has been disrupted
Like a saucer without a cup,
You thirst for continuity
But it's Helter Skelter on a Friday,
And the ants are running willy nilly,
And the elephant forgot the tune,
And the lion has lain down to pray with the lamb.
May God forgive us for our anger
Because the cycle of life has been broken,
And he was only in his forties
Like being in the middle of a good book.
Has been disrupted
Like a saucer without a cup,
You thirst for continuity
But it's Helter Skelter on a Friday,
And the ants are running willy nilly,
And the elephant forgot the tune,
And the lion has lain down to pray with the lamb.
May God forgive us for our anger
Because the cycle of life has been broken,
And he was only in his forties
Like being in the middle of a good book.

When younger people die before their time, it's Helter Skelter. Our lives are like that without Brad Dyche. Rest in peace husband of my niece.
