The Midnight Hour

I breath in, i breath out
I listen to the night shout
In a long deserted sound
As my eyes are unbound
To see the moon smile
And welcome me to exile
My heart beats in my hands
As time stands
Waiting for me
To jump into the endless black sea
Swim through stars
And break through my chained bars
I shake in fear
My mind strangely clear
As the butterflies trapped in my rib cage
Try to tear out on a rampage
I breath in, i breath out
I look behind in doubt
At the chain in the ground
Hell bound
It blisters my skin
And gives into my sin
I run towards the welcoming moon
And ascend towards the night's empty tune
The butterflies fly
I fly
