The Moon

She watches over from afar
Shares the night with the star
Glowing in her feminine way
Balance to the sun of the day

Soulful and sensual, these words are her's
Reflecting lake waters and calm to the ears
Night can be gentle, for others make fears
Her wind softly kisses and brings you to tears

These are tears of joy for her spiritual ways
Smiles at the sun who lights up her days
In the day she rests and he sends out his rays
She rises in the evening as the sun lays

On a blue moon, and when the wolves cry
There comes a rare event seen in the sky
The dance of the day and of the night
Merge as an eclipse, such a beautiful sight

She watches over from afar
Shares the night with the star
Glowing in her feminine way
Balance to the sun of the day
