The Mountains

The mountains are walls
surrounding us everywhere, anywhere
Big and tall
indestructible
one by one
they all loom down
watching us
tumbling, tumbling

Calls of nature
take us home
cry's of water
follow us around

as we talk
and we walk
lifting us up
holding us high
above our pasts

future in hand
we see it now
watch us, watch us
Destined to
we fall

This Poems Story

This was a poem I wrote at a poetry convention thing. It's about mountains, well, it was supposed to be, but it kind of drifts...yeah. That's it.
