The Needle’s Curse

She sat there hopeful
Waiting for me
But I didn’t make it
So she left me her teeth.
Gums and all
I felt so feeble
Not knowing she cursed me
With that needle.
On every fabric
I should grab
Needles would appear
Ready to stab.
Stuck in her gums
The needle used to kill her
Followed me for eternity
Haunted me forever.
If only that house
Would’ve let me go
I could’ve been free
This curse, i wouldn’t know.
Why would she leave
The curse to me?
Maybe there was reason
But not one i can see.
Perhaps she had a will
Perhaps she had a hope
But we will never know
Because a woman had to kill.
Slumped against the ambulance
She tried to alert
But she became the victim
Of a needle in her gums, and a stab in her heart.
