The Other Side of the Moon

As we say goodbye to the sun,
the moon appears big and bright
brightening up the lonely night sky
Along with the moon, stars accompany
the sky
Street lights take their place
people come back home to their families
as they crowd around the dinner table
The lights in the houses slowly dim,
then, a dream corrupts everyone’s mind,
they drift away into a land free of all their worries. A world of vivid colours and imagination.
A place known as the world of sleep. A dream.
