The Pig on the Wall
The wall is standing upright
The paint had faded from the constant sun.
Some spots were extremely dull
Others were promising.
There is a striking point of a figure
Distinct to the eye.
The outline is bold and small.
Is that a pig on the wall?
It was there for many years
Not noticeable at first.
I never paid any observation
To the old wither wall.
It was brought to my attention
By an admirer who had called.
To me, it is an art illustrated by elements.
I could fall for that pig on the wall.
To others it's a sense of uncertainty.
To many it's nature's abstract in art.
Some said it's clearly visible
For those who appreciate graph,
In its natural form and condition
Imprinted in the wall.
If that wall should be demolished,
I'll cry for that pig on the wall.
