The Pillar OF Truth

I stand erect and still
As hard as the rock
Strong as the hill.

Though they come and strike,
To break me apart;
I will sustain with all my might.

I know not to bend,
In the face of deceit;
And will fight till the very end.

Will stand up against prejudice,
And will not give in
To all that’s immoral and vice.

I may seem weak and coward to some
But it takes a valiant heart to be one.
