The prize of choice

What hurts more than the person left to make a choice?
The choice is not made easy for them, yet it is expected to be easy for them to choose.
Why easy? Easy for they can choose what they most admire, instead of going by their second hand choice made by another. The prize of choice isn't always a prize that is fought for, but rather a burden that is handed over by the guilt of one, and is left to rot another if made wrong.
