The Rainbow on that side

What if there's a rainbow on that side
Because it's always raining there
What if the ones who always give
Hardly have anything to share

What if the ones with the loudest laughs
Have pillows filled with tears
What if the ones who look the bravest
Are crippling inside by fears

What if they are the loneliest
But are never seen alone
What if everybody knows them
But their real side is unknown

Maybe what you see is a fake rainbow
That they've painted to remove any doubt
Behind it, the deadly storm is roaring
They're fighting a battle you know nothing about.
