The rebirth of a flower

ivory skin so sleek and thin
Draped with vast emotion
Face so soft, displays a grin
But all you saw, was a win
You tore away all that lay
And left her soul to decay.
as the lights start to die
the petals fall, while the end arrives,
Leaving all but a bud to never thrive
The ghostly thoughts of the wind whispered into my lungs as they lie, filling me with poison,
Will I Be one with the sky?
