The Sacrifice

Bloody hands and tear filled eyes.
The cry so loud, the wonder why.
Curtain torn and earth did shake.
This had to be for the world to wake.
Our Savior paid a painful price; death the tomb, then back to life.
Appeared before disciples then;
and still to us from deep within.
Bent on knees, and heads hung low.
We pray for peace in every row.
The war is won, we sing in praise.
Lives forgiven with Love and Grace.

This Poems Story

Christ's ultimate sacrifice shows us just how much he loved us and I wanted to thank Him even tho nothing in my life can do that enough.
