The Senses of Nature

Hear the Cardinal,
singing to me.
See the wind,
bending the trees.
Feel the soft breeze,
as a feather so light.
Listen to the Owl,
soaring at night.
Feel the sun's rays,
as they soak into my skin.
And feel the moisture of the leaf,
hidden deep within.
Smell Forests, Nature, and life.
Smell muddy water swamps.
Taste the sweet Honey,
stored up in their nests.
After that,
you find your rest.
Feel the sun,
shining on you.
Listen to the birds,
calling too.
Everything is watching you.
So you know what you must do.
Respect nature.
Plants and all.
For if you don't,
Nature shall fall
