The Sky’s Truth

What’s the sky’s secret?
Can it be calculated? Speculated?
It may never be revealed, but It’s truths
They are pure and simple

The sky stands tall hovering over us
It’s a window allowing the sun’s light to shine through
Allowing it to illuminate our streets
Granting it enough space for day

The sky stands tall, hovering over us
It’s a fenestra granting the moon enough space to watch over us
Allowing it to shine enough light to scare off the monsters
Prohibiting it from beginning day but instead allowing it to begin night

Thy sky stands tall, hovering over us
Watching our foolishness
Watching our innovation
Watching us
And that’s it’s truth
