The Story

It was written on the pages,Anyone could see,
But no one paid attention So she just couldn't be...
And so, her story changed and soon it was her life.
Never had she thought. It would end with a knife...
One cut changed the ending, One slit made it worse,
One word ruined it all,...But it wasn't a curse.
Such a simple word,They don't hurt, remember?
But words ruined her life,She just had to surrender.
And as she did so, The blade called her name.
Her ending was clear; No more unwanted fame.
Such a good thing,she thought,The ending's the best.
If it's true for books,Why not put it to the test?
A few cuts and some tears and the pages were gone
...and now she is too.Her story is done.

The End.
