The Storyteller

The storyteller steps on stages
No stumbling,mumbling , or rages
He must capture minds of all ages
Or he will forfeit all his wages

His words are filled with much devotion
As they glide across the room like a potion
Extracting the listeners' raw emotion
While leaving them spellbound without commotion

His stories come with strong conviction
They must be told with perfect diction
Whether they be fact or fiction
Storytelling has become his one addiction

There is an important message he must send
It may not always be the trend
But tales have rules he will not bend
They must start from the beginning, through the middle to the end
