The Tempest

Howling winds relentlessly tear through shivering trees
vivid radiance precedes deafening roars of merciless doom
torrential aquatic onslaughts descend from holy heavens
sullen misty blankets engulf human existence
jolting tsunami's ascend, sweeping mankind into oblivion
valley's drown, yielding to nature's endless wrath
cities now feeble memories of defeated history
mountains tremble oh so hideously under an apocalyptic twilight
