The Time Is Ticking

She screams inside so loud but
Expressions on her face says "Hi Dear"
She's the wife of a man
His ambition is huge
Laughing and playing with her two daughters
Faith and Hope
What was once seen as an unbreakable family
Is an inch away from being broken
She hasn't told them yet
A mothers love is beyond the flow of a river
Blood is thicker than water
She sheds tears when no one is around to ear drop
It's morning again so she puts on her mask
The mask that hides her fear
This mask makes reality disappear
At this point she has no hope
The voice inside is now louder
Its forms an image symbolic to her
She once wore the color of happiness
Now she advertises the color lime
Stuck between a crack in the ground
Seems like her real life can't be found
Then a hero comes along to pull her out of the dark
But still she is left with a mark
Lymphoma
Yes the show must go on
