The Train At Both Ends

Please, get me out of here.
Trapped, trapped, no room to breathe.
Anybody, save me.
I can see the light.
Only the light isn't heaven.
It's the train at both ends.
I wish I was at home.
Where I am in a room all alone
Just me with my cat, and my book.
Hyperventilating, sweating.
As the train gets closer and closer.
It almost hits me,
I squeeze my eyes closed
And my body cringes.
Then I wake up.
