The Waiting Game

By Ziva

We've all played it,
We all know of it,
Some like it,
Most dislike it.

It's one that requires but a few things,
A still body,
A quiet mind,
And patience.

That's it,
You might ask.
So simple,
You will say.

Not simple,
I will reply.
It requires,
Much of both.

It will either be easy,
It will either be hard,
It can bring you peace,
It can drive you mad.
The waiting game.

This Poems Story

I wrote this poem while waiting for something interesting to happen. I just thought that this was like waiting in a car. Waiting to get from point A to point B. Enjoy.
