The Watery Whisper

The water whispers
O'er the riverbed
Its watery hands
Lap against the rocky head

Its body parts asunder
Sliced by vast legs
The towering bridge, unrelenting
Amidst the protest waves

Babbling and chuckling
The way downstream
It whispers a song of joy
To the foliage listening

Its sheet of music
Can ne'er be found
'Tis the surge and slash
That tend to leave spellbound

This Poems Story

I was born in South Dakota, May 1997. I lived in Alaska most of my life, but now reside in Clark Fork, Idaho. For me, writing poetry is the best way to compose my thoughts, allowing me to draw pictures with my pencil. Another blessed joy allowed me is playing my beloved violin and cello, as well as composing music on the piano. To God be all the glory.
