The Wind

Walking through the streets
Redlights, Greenlights
everywhere around
looking at the wind blowing
up and down
over the decorations

Mothers handing out
Blue balloons
handing one out to me
holding it in my hands
tightly so it won\'t float away

The wind breezing upon
my hair that\'s now flying in the air
Slowly my feet lifted upon the ground
the balloon lifting me up
as the wind is taking me
away and away from town

The cold wind makes my lips quiver
and my legs and body are shaking with fear
as I see home where my Mama and papa
are preparing something special
The wind dropped me with a puff
Going home with a balloon and a smile
