The Wise Old Owl

Music can soothe the beast on fire
The deepest to the highest note
a wise old owl was in the choir

when he sang his voice went higher
it was like he had a frog in his throat
Music can soothe the beast on fire

the choir would sing the owl put up flyers
in a contest and it was time to vote
a wise old owl was in the choir
they sang so hard they started to tire

when they won their souls started to float
Music can soothe the beast on fire

the wise old owl was ready to retire
so he gave the choir a letter he wrote
a wise old owl was in the choir

he letter was sent through a wire
in the choir room he got his things in a tote
Music can soothe the beast on fire
a wise old owl was in the choir
