The World That Once Was

Harmonious rivers
A gentle breeze
A loom of fresh fruit
Summer leaves
All grass was green
The old man sighs
The world passes by he wonders why
Despair like pulling water out of a well that's dry
Moist soil
Vigorous tides of the sea
Rich sap dripping down a tree
An auspicious glance
Hoping it'll be as it once was.
