There was nothing more

When at night I looked up
there was nothing more than the tranquility of sparkling stars,
there was nothing more than the hope for a prepossessing tomorrow,
there was nothing more than the sound of dreams whirling around in the sky,
there was nothing more than the promise of finer cogitation,
there was nothing more than the endearment for the darkness,
there was nothing more than the longing to fly away,
the longing to be able to draw breath, to be able to make a difference, to be able to touch the stars,
there was nothing more than the need to fathom the deep blue seas, to know the deepness where one's thought lies,
there was nothing more than the contemplation about the ways one can live in order to be able to truly pass without making a soul loathe itself.
