Those Quackers

Duck here, duck there,
everywhere a duck, duck.

Quackers is what I call you,
as you drink, drink, drink away.

Keeping all together as they go about their day.
Waddle here, quack there,
swim here, drink there.

Duck here, duck there,
everywhere a duck, duck.

Cautious is the way
when I come to say hello,
run, run, run is all you seem to know.

Making such a mess is what you do best.
Keeping me on my toes as I empty, fill and gather eggs from your nest.

Duck here, duck there,
everywhere a duck, duck.
