I have come so close to the brink of insanity,
I have been pulled so far and stretched so thin,
I have been led to the limits of human endurance and thrust through.
I have also dwelt on thoughts till thinking was my only companion.
My mind has wandered many lands,
It has seen men at their best and at their worst.
I reckon that what I am yet to see can in no way undo what I have.
