Three Nights

Three nights of dreams, reality kissed my lips
Body heat collided into my frigid limbs
Never thought you'd be mine like this

You caressed my soul, my skin
Knocked down my walls and pushed in

Your hand held mine, but your lips held my heart
Sleep couldn't withhold
All the whispered truths in the dark

Three nights of dreams will always be ours
Even if I'm dancing among the stars

The earth will claim my body, but you'll own my heart
It's all that's left of me
So carry me in your arms, we will never be apart

If I wasn't so wrong, things could be right
I'm ready to leave it all behind tonight

Sleep now babe
It will all be fine
Even though I'm gone
I'll still be yours, you're still mine.
