Through the eyes of another

I feel the earth below
moist,crumbly. Alive.
She tells me brown.
Splash,splosh. so wet and cool.
close your eyes she says.Quiet.
She tells me blue.
Her arms wrap around me. A hug. warm.
The sun beats on my face. Heat.
She tells me red.
Crunch,snap. fresh.
I bite an apple. bliss.
A breeze comes through the window.
She tells me green.
My hands in hers she jumps. up down.
hums a up-beat tune. I join. laughter.
She tells me yellow.
Texture. Different.
She guides my hand around the room.
very varies,the texture.
She tells me colors.
I stand tall and exclaim.
thank you Mother for this enlightenment.
