Time

Dark clouds, and empty spaces
I walk around, back and forth,
My steps turning into paces
Each day I try to move forward
But some days I still feel
stuck in such a stasis
We all grow up and things begin to change.
But you didn't show up, and I've probably gone deranged
The sun behind your silhouette
It still runs through my head
Waking up, your head next to mine
I try to speak but there's not enough
time
The clock moves another minute, and suddenly my mind feels weak

I know that each minute I count is just an illusion, the beginning of time is a demented delusion
